Housekeeping Services
You may desire to have staff tidy up or totally clean your Minnesota cabin rental while you enjoy your vacation. Housekeeping Service must be reserved when making your reservation.

Daily Tidy Service: 1-bedroom, $35/day; 2-bedroom, $42/day; 3-bedroom, $48/day. Beds made with existing linens, dishwasher loaded or dishes hand-washed, floors vacuumed, bathroom tidied, wastebaskets emptied.

Full Clean Service: 1-bedroom, $60/day, 2-bedroom, $80/day; 3-bedroom, $100/day. Beds made with existing linens. Clean linens, add $10/bed. Dishwasher loaded and run, hand-wash pots, wash counters, etc., livingroom dusted and vacuumed, bathroom(s) cleaned, floor washed. Kitchen floor vacuumed/washed, screen porch vacuumed, wastebaskets emptied.

Please reserve equipment when making your reservation. Inform us if you will bring personal boat, motor, kayak, or canoe.

With the rental of the Riverview luxury one-bedroom vacation home cabin and two and three bedroom accommodation reservations during 6/26-8/13, it is preferred and recommended that a motorized watercraft be rented per accommodation, unless bringing your personal boat (refer to dockage fees below for personal boats).

Birch Lake is easy to navigate, and 20 miles long, with an undeveloped wilderness shoreline to enjoy and explore via motorized watercraft.

A Central Dock System at this Ely, Minnesota resort, with benches to fish from, and new docks sprinkled throughout the resort site are convenient and safe. Motorized watercraft, and a variety of canoes are available for rent for an exciting day trip or overnight Boundary Waters BWCA outdoor adventure.

If you choose to bring your own motorized watercraft to enjoy at the resort site, a fee per craft is assessed. Personal motorized watercraft moored either on a dock or on shore:

Launch: $12 Dockage: $17 daily for boats up to 19' long.
$2/day per foot for boats over 19'.
$5/Day Surcharge for Personal Pontoon/Deck Boat Dockage

Fall Dockage Special, 9/7-10/4: $10, any length boat, except Personal Pontoon/Deck Boats.

RESERVE EQUIPMENT "IN ADVANCE" & SAVE

Reserve 16' Boats, Pro Fishing Boats, 9.9, 15, and 25 hp Motors at least two weeks prior to arrival, and save an additional 15% service fee that would be added onto the normal waterfront rental charge.

For example: Weekly rental of a 16' Boat with 9.9 Motor reserved prior to arrival (at least 2 weeks prior): $380; The same boat and motor reserved upon arrival: $437.
