Bayport Vacation Home:  Three Bedrooms

   

Lakefront luxury Minnesota vacation home cabin - just 30 feet from the lake shore...the closest cabin to the water at River Point.

Beautiful 60' long flowered terrace is adjacent to this stellar vacation home cabin for additional places to relax and take in the amazing waterviews..plenty of deck lounge chairs and chaise loungers.

Level ground with pine and birch surround this exceptional 1200 square foot home with vaulted ceilings all done in knotty pine for a warm woodsy atmosphere.

 

Bayport Cabin consists of the following:

Two vaulted, knotty pine bathrooms: one bath with beautiful double whirlpool, surrounded with custom ceramic tile, plus a shower and double sinks; the other bathroom adjoining the master suite has a lovely neo-angle shower. Spacious and comfortable.

Three knotty pine carpeted bedrooms. Master bedroom suite has one queen bed and a private bathroom with shower; the cabin's middle bedroom has one double bed; and the third bedroom features one set of twin bunk beds and one double bed. Log dressers give plenty of storage space for clothing. End tables with lamps offer comfortable options for reading and other quiet activities. Plenty of windows bring the fresh, clean air into Bayport with great cross ventilation.

 

Large knotty pine kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceiling has ample cupboards and plenty of counter space.

The convenience of a dishwasher, microwave, full-size electric stove and refrigerator, and all other small electric appliances, including coffee pot, blender, toaster, and hand mixer are at your fingertips. Dishes, pots and pans and all the extras you would expect for cooking are provided.

Log dining table and chairs in the kitchen provides a stunning panoramic view of the lake while enjoying a meal.

Carpeted knotty pine living room has well-maintained vaulted ceilings and walls, wood-burning fireplace, with unlimited complimentary firewood, and massive full-wall windows providing a spectacular lake view to the water just outside of Bayport. Trapezoidal windows placed in the upper peak of the vaulted ceiling give abundant night-time views of the stars and the moon outlined by the trees.

Decorative touches, beautiful log furniture, plenty of good lighting, and ceiling fan provide added comfort in the living room.

Spacious vaulted 12 x 16 carpeted screened porch with comfortable furniture, including a sofa, a loveseat, an additional chair, plus end tables and lamps.

An 8-person glass and rattan dining table in the screen porch which overlooks the lake is a big bonus. Dining and game-playing is so much more fun in the porch.

Huge two-level wraparound sundeck with new Tropitone large dining table and comfortable chairs and chaise loungers, gas grill, and lakefront view rounds out this luxury vacation home-Ely, Minnesota cabin.

A great docking system is adjacent to Bayport Cabin for easy convenience to step into your own personal watercraft or one of River Point's rental boats, and have that quick access for boating, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing on the river and 20 mile-long Birch Lake.

If you don't have your own boat, consider renting a 16' boat with 15 hp motor, or one of the specialty ProFishing/Touring Boats, or a great Pontoon Boat for cruising the lake and river.

Lakefront three-bedroom luxury vacation home cabins in Minnesota located just 75 feet from the South Kawishiwi River and Birch Lake.

In a world with too many deadlines, too many important things to do, and juggling too many balls in the air at the same time, if for just a week, it is nice to do what we are most fundamentally.....family.

These three sensational 1200 square foot accommodations are situated on pine and birch covered grounds providing exceptional water views to the South Kawishiwi River and to Birch Lake, and are ideal for the family vacation.

One hundred feet of spacious land lies between each of these three Ely, Minnesota cabins allowing for added privacy and serenity between each cabin.

 

"Your own place at the lake."

 

A serene walking path meanders along the water's edge leading to the North Beach from the Secluded Shores, Reflections, and Shifting Pine Cabins.

Fun and easy for younger children to access the playground area from their cabin, too, which is just set back a short distance from the sand beach.

Convenience is important...and the convenient large storage shed adjacent to each of these cabins makes it a snap for little helpers to collect the firewood for each of the wood-burning fireplaces in the Cabins.

Evenings are always better with a fire either inside a cozy cabin, or outside at one of River Point's new fire pit area. All firewood is complimentary.

Two spacious sun decks that wrap around two sides of each Cabin are simply great to hang out on. An earth-tone, beautiful, new Tropitone dining table and chairs, plus chaise loungers are situated on the deck that faces the lake to the south, adding to the pleasure of outside living. On the deck nearest the entrance to the kitchen is a new gas grill.

Fishing or sun tanning off of your own private dock, as well as having the convenience of docking your rental boat at your Minnesota cabins site, is surely a big plus. River Point's docks are well-maintained and pleasantly located to capture the fabulous lakefront views from these three premier vacation home cabins on Birch Lake.

Spacious master bedroom with queen bed; the middle bedroom has a double bed; and the third bedroom offers another queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. End tables with lamps, and dressers make for higher comfort.

Excellent window placement provides pleasant sun-filled rooms during day-light hours, and fresh, clean air for a restful night's sleep.

Huge carpeted knotty pine living room with all new furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa and comfy oversized chairs with an Up North feeling, tables and lamps, bookcase, and decorative touches throughout. Books and boardgames are found easily in the handy bookcase.

Massive windows directly facing the lake provide breathtaking views. Ceiling fan and wood-burning fireplace--with unlimited complimentary firewood--especially great in the spring and fall-- round out the lovely living rooms in all three Cabins.

Highly desirable is the expansive 12 x 16 screened porch with a second set of "living room" furniture.

The NEW look includes beautiful vaulted ceilings throughout the cabin with custom-crafted knotty pine interior walls, and multiple magnificent windows framing the incredible lakefront views.

Remarkably ample bedroom is appointed with a king bed, two nightstands, dresser, comfortable side chair and large closet.

Upscale sconce lighting captures a romatic mood and is restful at the same time. 

Three windows in this lovely bedroom atmosphere provide plently of options for clean fresh air and a profoundly superb night's rest.

Generous living room with rock faced gas fireplace bordered by two vertical windows overlooking the water to the east invites you to sit a spell. Comfortable designer furnishings, including a double sofa sleeper, unique lamps, and end tables are accompanied by soft wall lighting. The outside world is brought inside when looking through the many windows.

Convenient bar stool seating at the granite countertop is cool for breakfast or small snack-type meals.

A table and chair set for dining is in addition to dining at the bar area. With a full lakefront view to the water, it also makes for a great place to play boardgames and for putting puzzles together. 

All electric appliances, including top end dishwasher, stove with glass top, and refrigerator make the kitchen a fun place to hang out and cook.

Plus small electrics such as a toaster, blender, hand mixer, and drip coffee pot add to the simply superior atmosphere of this cabin.

Vaulted master suite has king bed, second gas fireplace, huge 6' whirlpool bath for two, make-up area with sink. Lodging Rates, all motorized boat rentals, launch and dockage fees for personal boats, and all packages are subject to applicable 9.875% MN Sales Tax and a 6% service fee. Lodging and package rates subject to 3% local tax. Other rates subject to 6.875% MN Sales Tax. Staff gratuities discretionary.

FYI: The service fee supports staff gratuities, the program of activities offered during the summer months (Note: Supervised Kid's Adventure Time program no longer offered), high speed internet service located by the lodge/office, abundant supply of split and stacked firewood placed in the fireboxes conveniently located by accommodations with wood-burning fireplaces and for the three outside fire pits.

The service also supports marina and waterfront assistance, such as bailing of boats, complimentary fish cleaning, twice weekly housekeeping "Courtesy Call" to replenish items, such as TP, coffee filters, trash bags, lite bulbs, etc, plus other services. Additional staff gratuities are discretionary and encouraged, especially for guided trips and housekeepers.

• A 3-day minimum preferred on partial week rentals. Single night rentals based on availability, and full week villa rentals are also available.

• We are happy to fulfill specific lodging requests, but also attempt to best satisfy specific accommodations occupancy capabilities

• With the rental of The Point or Riverview  Luxury 1-bedroom Vacation Home Cabins, and all 2-3 bedroom accommodations during the time of 6/22-8/9, it is recommended and preferred that a motorized watercraft be rented for the length of your reservation, unless bringing your own boat--refer to dockage rates. 
• It is preferred that families with children under the age of twelve select a vacation home cabin for their holiday, if available.
